American Equipment Holdings (“American Equipment”), a Rotunda Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Shannahan Crane & Hoist (“Shannahan Crane”), a leading provider of engineered overhead crane systems and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) field services. Shannahan Crane is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, with an additional field office in Kansas City, Kansas. The acquisition of Shannahan Crane marks the 14th add-on acquisition completed by American Equipment since partnering with Rotunda in May 2021.
Founded in 1961, Shannahan Crane delivers comprehensive overhead crane and hoist solutions to a loyal customer base, including regional and blue-chip companies, covering an array of strategic end markets.
